Your vehicle will begin to accrue storage charges as soon as it arrives at our impound facility.
The cost to claim your impounded vehicle will increase each day it is in our custody.

jPPRIVATE PROPERTY     IMPOUND SERVICES

The owner or manager of private property must contact the towing service to pick up a vehicle that has been left on their property for more than forty-eight (48) hours OR has been left or abandoned in a designated parking spot without having the proper placards, blocking normal traffic, drive way, entrance to or from the business or blocking the drive thru. Towing services must follow and comply with city rules if the vehicle to be towed is within city limits. Towing services may complete the Towing Request and Authorization Form prior to removing abandoned vehicles from private property. The owner or manager of the private property will not have to pay any cost. In order for the vehicle to be picked up legally, the property owner or manager must print and sign the form and provide their license or identification number.

To redeem or access the vehicle, the registered owner must present the following:

1. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP – Title or Registration printed in the last 7 days. Any tag agent can help you with this for a nominal fee. An insurance verification is not acceptable as proof of ownership.

2. Valid government issued photo identification (valid DL, valid passport, state ID) that matches the name of the ownership document (Title or Registration)

3. If you’re trying to get vehicle out, tag/registration must be up to date. Must bring current registration and tag (sticker).

4. Getting belongings from vehicle or to view vehicle, must bring proof of ownership (see #1 & #2) If Vehicle owner is not available, a notarized consent for vehicle release is available to you on our website.

5. To drive the vehicle off the lot you must present a current valid liability insurance verification form. Digital form on your phone is accepted. All insurance forms must have the vehicle information and vin number. 

6. If a vehicle has law enforcement HOLD, you may not have any access to the vehicle until the HOLD is released. After released, all impound rules and fees still apply.

7. Payment must be in cash and exact change only, change is not kept here in the office. No card or check payments accepted.

8. After hour arrangements may be made if we are available (please call ahead of time to see if arrangements can be made) , If so then there is an after-hours fee applied.
